She respects that each person has their own timetable for transformation and that developing new lifestyle practices often starts with small steps. There are many paths to wellness and Carmina brings her unique approach to the process. Through compassionate listening, medical, nutritional and lifestyle expertise, she encourages her clients to integrate both physical and spiritual health in creating total well-being. She strongly believes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach or quick fixes. In fact such attempts often result in further damage to a person’s physical, psychological and spiritual health.
