Through compassionate listening, medical, nutritional and lifestyle expertise, she encourages her clients to integrate both physical and spiritual health in creating total well-being. She strongly believes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach or quick fixes. In fact such attempts often result in further damage to a person’s physical, psychological and spiritual health.
