Monika is a Registered Dietitian and exercise physiologist with 25 years of experience in nutrition and exercise counseling.

Monika is an expert on Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and nutrition for managing PCOS. Monika received her bachelor's degree in Nutrition from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, and her master's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
