Hormone Health for Fertility and Wellness

Sonya Satveit, Founder of Hormone Soup, discuss ways to improve hormone health for fertility and overall wellness.

Sonya Satveit Sonya Satveit     Founder    Hormone Soup Sonya Satveit, Founder of Hormone Soup, joins the PCOS Challenge radio show to discuss ways to improve hormone health for fertility and overall wellness.

Sonya created Hormone Soup as an effort to raise consciousness around hormone issues in women and to spark conversation about using bio-identical hormones to treat issues such as miscarriages, infertility, postpartum mood disorder and PMS.

Sonya began advocating for herself about all things hormonal after spending years seeking answers to her miscarriages, infertility, PMS and PPMD but finding band-aid solutions. After hearing similar stories from other women, Sonya became concerned that women’s issues aren't being properly addressed.

Sonya's journey toward health has led her to nutritional support & bio-identical hormones through the assistance of some amazing doctors & practitioners. The goal of HormoneSoup is to educate, empower and unite women with resources and knowledgeable practitioners to enable them to find answers sooner and more readily than she did.
